Our customer relationship development cycle begins once the pre-sales step is completed. In other words, once sales brings in a client – the Client Facing Analyst’s role is to deliver insights and full analysis reports to show the value of our system, and to make sure we are doing everything in our power to help clients make the most of our platform.
Your role is to develop strong relationships with enterprise clients and help them understand what, how, and when to test each element of their app store pages. You will be analyzing tests as well as analyzing a set of tests to understand overall industry trends.
The role requires a passion for data and data analysis, as well as the skills to communicate directly with clients in such a way as to build trust and easily deliver value.
Success is when we have happy clients which signed contracts who – through our platform – increase their mobile install conversion rates and know more about why their users chose to install their app or not.
